They should be using it after the shower. Again, the patients should not be bathing more than once daily. Doing so can worsen the condition of the disease in them. And regarding the water, it should be lukewarm one. The patients should not use soaps or detergents at any cost. If things like these are taken cared by the patients, this disease can be controlled to a great extent.
